Mickey Posted July 17, 2014 Share Posted July 17, 2014 I would like to set some dimension preferences. Things like no fractions, witness lines, style etc. However when I select the dimension tool and click the settings button I only get a dialog box for "chain dimension preferences" No matter what type of dimension I pick this is the only dialog box that opensd. Mickey Posted July 22, 2014 Author Share Posted July 22, 2014 That was almost helpful. The only thing I want to do is set the Prec: to no fractions as a default, and that's not an option in the dimension standards. SO I have to click that drop down for every dimension. lame Quote Link to comment

Once set, you can save the file as a template and use that for future drawings. Drawings that you already created will have to be modified after the fact. 1 Quote Link to comment
