And if you can't change it, how do you position 3d objects precisely without having the ability to type in specific dimensions?? I have a feeling this is easy, but I am struggling. Guest Posted December 16, 2002 Share Posted December 16, 2002 Tim, Do you mean you are trying to situate an object in 3d space once it's drawing in top view? You can switch to say a front view if you need to move the object up on the z axis a ways. Then either drag the object there or use the move command. The nudge tool is good for moving things just a hair or two. Quote Link to comment
