Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted April 30, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted April 30, 2014 That can be one of a few things, most commonly it is that the DWG version is too new to be read by Vectorworks, but I am fairly certain a new DWG format hasn't come out since we last updated our DWG compatibility. Please send me that DWG and I can confirm whats going on. My address is in my signature. Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted April 30, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted April 30, 2014 It does not look like the problem is at your end. No version of Vectorworks is able to read it, nor am I able to open it directly in Autodesks TrueView DWG viewer or AutoCAD 2013 or AutoCAD 2014. Something may have happened to the DWG in transit, they may want to try compressing the DWG into a ZIP before sending it to you: http://kbase.vectorworks.net/questions/785/Compressing%2C+Zipping+and+Archiving+Files Quote Link to comment
