DE-Tech
A follow up query on my original Custom Title Block post. I have now got the multi-line fields working but the behaviour of the text is now confusing me (please be patient I'm a long time AutoCAD user!). I created my title block symbol with different font types for the headings and the entries. If I select the inserted title block and change the font style both the entries and the headings change. Is there any way of locking the headings so only the entries change style? Quote Link to comment
Taproot
I'm not sure that I have the right answer, as I dealt with this problem some time ago, but I might be able to get you close. As I recall the titleblock text style is controlled by the attributes. I think it's the pen style. If the pen style for the text block is set to "by class" then the font can be changed. If the pen style is set to a color i.e. black, then it will lock in the font you select for it within the titleblock symbol and not change. Give that a try and see if it works. Quote Link to comment
