I think someone needs to pay some attention to this dialogue window:
Firstly, the dialogue is confusing. It asks a convoluted question and provides convoluted choices to answer. Off the top of my head how about changing "All" to "Yes" or "Upload all" and change "Just 2 min" to "Limit to 2 min" etc.
Secondly, I really don't want to be interrupted to quibble over 3.4 minutes of background upload time.
