We need a place to store general info about the drawing like site adres, ...
I was trying to export my latest project to ifc to check how far we are with it. I noticed that we had to enter a lot of general info that we already have in the drawing in our title blocks. So I was wondering why we need to fill it in again.
I think a solution could be that every drawing has some kind of record attached to it that we can fill in with all general info. We also need to be able to copy this info from another drawing because sometimes we have multiple drawings of one site. For our title blocks, we could then just link our fields to those general drawing fields. The export ifc command can also pick up this info and I guess that other things in VW could use this info. This way we only need to enter these data only once.
