Robert Menapace
I am using 9.0.1 with Windows 2000. When I dock the palettes on the left side they will not close up extra space between them. They keep adding extra columns to the side instead of stacking vertically as I snap them into place. I am working on a 19" monitor and I need to keep them as tight as possible. Is there a fix for this? Quote Link to comment
Noidge
I had this same dilemma. I found that by trying different insertion points I was able to get them to stack vertically, in a single row. Don't know what the key is, all other sides behave predictably. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
Matthew Giampapa
Well depending on where you drag the pallet handle to, they are supposed to do that. Personally, I don't like it either. What you can do is force the pallets not to dock by moving them while holding down the "Ctrl" key on the keyboard. For me this is much more effective on a small monitor because in floating mode the resource pallet, object info pallet, and object browser can take up less space.
