Circuiting lines not showing up

I'm playing around with the electrical circuiting tool... but for some reason I can not get the circuiting lines to show up after I click the end of the circuit and select yes for homerun.

What am I missing... is there a trick... could not find much documentation on these tools, but would like to know more.
