Calla Posted July 2, 2009 Share Posted July 2, 2009 Have been having problems opening exported pdf files from Vectorworks 2009 Educational version. All attempts to open in Photoshop, illustrator, and other such programs cause a window to appear that says "PDF Security password: Please enter the Document Permissions password to remove restrictions." Trying to unlock the file in "get info" window does not work either. I can view, print, etc. from preview and Adobe Acrobat but I need to manipulate drawings in photoshop but cannot open them. Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted July 6, 2009 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted July 6, 2009 PDF created with the educational version are locked from editing to prevent the removal of the Educational Watermark. You have the ability to view, print and join the pdf but not edit. Quote Link to comment
