Planting Schedule Report by Phase

Can anyone help customize a planting schedule report to show plants for a second phase of construction? I think i have seen a tech tip video addressing this, but have looked and cannot find it? Thanks in advance.

The way I do this is to place the plant objects into different classes. I use "Plants-New-Phase 1" and "Plants-New-Phase 2". In the plant schedule set the database header row(s) criteria to limit the reporting to object of "Plants-New-Phase 1" or 2 depending on what is desired.

Another method for accomplishing the same thing is to put the plants on separate layers (Phase 1, Phase 2, etc.) and use the criteria to select the appropriate layer.
