If you are upgrading the version 2008 student edition, you will be receiving from us an e-mail with your username and temporary password shortly. Please follow the instructions of that e-mail to login to the student website and request your 2009 student edition upgrade. If you do not receive an e-mail from us to do the upgrade you can simply request a new temporary password by going to http://student.vectorworks.net,'>http://student.vectorworks.net, and clicking on forgot password. It will require you to enter the e-mail address you used when requesting your copy of Vectorworks 2008. For those making a student edition software request for the first time simply go to http://student.vectorworks.net and create your login account. After you?ve created a login you will be able to request a DVD of version 2009 to be mailed to you or request it via download. It is a size able download that will take several hours. If you don?t have a good internet connection and don?t need the software instantly, we recommend you request the DVD.
