pilgonico Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 Hi I have problems with backup files in the folders. it seems to be that I missing the backup file inside the new folder where the present file I am working on . (to be mentioned that I used former file and re-saved it inside new folder/location). How can I make sure that it will produce right backup file in the right location ? would love to get any explantion. thanx. PS: working on V2008. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 VW2008 has two options for backups. One is to store the backup in a backup folder at the same location as the file. The second is in a single custom location. You can pick the location and the option in the VW Preferences, Autosave tab. See if you have the second option turned on. Pat Quote Link to comment
