BHunter
I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I'll ask again. Let's say for example, that I place a curtain object into a drawing and want it to be white instead of black. If I change the attributes of the curtain to white or select a texture that is white, it appears as a dull gray. Is this because of the auto lighting or am I missing something? I'm just trying to get an object to render as white and not gray. Thanks, Bob Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Bob It is tricky to get any object to render as white. The best solution I know is to create a new texture: Color>Plain Color>(set to white) Reflectivity>Constant Then apply that texture to the object. HTH Michael Quote Link to comment
BHunter
Perfect. Oh and as for that LED strip; I took it apart and did a surface extract on the face and cut holes where the lenses are supposed to be and filled them with clear glass. Thanks again. Bob Quote Link to comment
