Counting Symbols

Select the menu command 'create Report' in the organize- menu.

Set the dialog as following:

List all: Symbols

check the box ' Summarize items with the same: Symbol Name

If you have nested Symbols you have to check the option 'search in symbols' at the options dialog.

I'm not readily finding a way to easily count symbols in an 8.5.2 document. I am laying out rows of seats, and adding/deleting them for the shape of the space. It'd be nice to have a simple way of knowing that there are X number of symbol 'chair' in the model.

Suggestions?
