BenH Posted March 25, 2008 Share Posted March 25, 2008 Hey I have 2 users here using VW 2008 Fundamentals and VW 2008 Architect with SP2. There has been several instances where they have saved their document and then closed it to work on another document, then gone back to the previous document and the changes they made weren't saved. The fact ive seen this personally and with 2 users who have used VW since version 10, im slightly concerned. The rest of my users use 12.5.3 and haven't had this issue. Both users are running Mac OS X 10.4.11 on Mac Pro's. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
bonus Posted March 25, 2008 Share Posted March 25, 2008 Are you sure they weren't working on a 12.5 files. There is a chance they were saved as 2008 copies somewhere. All 2008 files have a .vwx suffix, whereas 12.5 files have .mcd suffixes. Press ctrl F and print ".vwx" Also check your VWbackup folder. There might be something there. Quote Link to comment
