hello,

i have a 2008 file of a 2 story building. i have set up 2 door schedules, one for each floor. i have used the out of the box door schedule and modified the search criteria to only each floor:

=DATABASE(((L='Mod-Floor-1') & (R IN ['Door']) & ('Door'.'OnSched'=TRUE)))

what is happening is that when i close the schedule there are many blank row and the other rows are indicating all 2nd floor doors. when i reopen the schedule and recalculate, it appears fine. but when i close it again, it reverts to the corrupted reading. any thoughts anyone...?

thanks and have a good holiday.

here's some additional info. our version of 2008 was purchased after the issue of SP1, and we have not upgraded to SP2 yet. the schedule was created using the 'create report' menu. again, the only change to the worksheet, besides fonts and column widths, was to the search criteria to look at only one layer...
