jfmarch Posted December 26, 2007 Share Posted December 26, 2007 (edited) 500 Club Registered: 08/02/00 Posts: 594 Loc: Newtown, PA Online hello, i have a 2008 file of a 2 story building. i have set up 2 door schedules, one for each floor. i have used the out of the box door schedule and modified the search criteria to only each floor: =DATABASE(((L='Mod-Floor-1') & (R IN ['Door']) & ('Door'.'OnSched'=TRUE))) what is happening is that when i close the schedule there are many blank row and the other rows are indicating all 2nd floor doors. when i reopen the schedule and recalculate, it appears fine. but when i close it again, it reverts to the corrupted reading. any thoughts anyone...? thanks and have a good holiday. jfmarch Posted December 26, 2007 Author Share Posted December 26, 2007 here's some additional info. our version of 2008 was purchased after the issue of SP1, and we have not upgraded to SP2 yet. the schedule was created using the 'create report' menu. again, the only change to the worksheet, besides fonts and column widths, was to the search criteria to look at only one layer... jfmarch Posted January 2, 2008 Author Share Posted January 2, 2008 we just upgraded to SP2 and that appears to have corrected our problem. i did, however, have to delete one schedule (finishes) and create it anew with the custom selection criteria, but it appears to be stable. Quote Link to comment
