PDF is not an option on the Import list

PDF is not on the File>Import list. Help!

The File>Export does have PDF on the list.

I read the VW Help on "Importing PDF Files" and it is suppose to be there. And, I did a search here for "import pdf" and found no match for this issue.

OKay - then use the workspace editor to add it to the workspace.

I'm on a PC, had to add Import PDF with the Workspace Editor.

I did it but it keeps crashing the app when I try to import the pdf. Got a fix?

The standard Mac yellow triangle with exclamation point and "The application VectorWorks quit unxpectedly." etc.

BTW, I opened the pdf in Acrobat and resaved it. It crashed VW when I tried importing it again.

Did you try importing a different PDF?

Yep, it crashed. I thought it was the pdf I sent Katie but something else is happening.

I may have to reinstall VW.

Try running disk utility and then importing the PDF.

Ran disk utility and it still crashed.
