digitalcarbon
i'm going to be modeling a centrifugal fan housing. i need to make one up to be the right size. i used to know how to do the layout, but have forgotten. can anyone point me in the right direction? also, any suggestions on how to model it? the end product will be a metal casting of some thickness , in two halves. thanks for your input Quote Link to comment
islandmon
1) Use Revolve With Rail > cross-section of housing then with central axial & hub 2) Use Helix > Extrude Along Path with profile of Blades. Quote Link to comment
