vector to dwg printing issue

I had an architect email me a vector drawing in dwg format. (Autocad) and when I go to print it logs me out of the system and gives me the following message...

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled access violation reading 0x0789 exception at 360107e7h.

Any help please?

You may want to uninstall and reinstall VW, and the printer driver too.

For some reason, there's a memory alert not allowing something to be read and written.
