Edit Texture

I would like to change color or do basic edit of texture(s) of existing Vectorworks 12 Textures. Is there a method to open, edit and re-save texture with new name?

If the texture is image based you do not have direct access to the original image. Apart from that, you do have access to edit the other shaders that make up the texture.

You could apply an image based texture to a plane and Export an image to edit externally from that if you were keen.
