Install problem

It installs fine, but when I go to run it, it comes up with a window that says ? vectorworks.exe ? fatal application exit invalid access to memory location. Laptop Win XP 1gb

Any ideas?

I suggest deleting the VectorWorks folder and reinstall the software.

If the problem persists, check the microsoft website for updates and run all the updates. If the problem still persists, I suggest running Scan Disk to check the desk for bad sectors and also Disk Defrag.

I tried that, no luck. I was able to install on my desktop no problem. Could a little scratch on the CD have done this?
