If you are going to use the VectorWorks Viewer to send your files to a service bureau, I advise downloading the viewer for yourself and verifying that it displays properly before sending the file. The viewer does not recognize RenderWorks rendering. OpenGL, Hidden Line, and Poly rendering appear to work fine.
