Symbol Text wrapping display incorrectly in sheet and annotation view but prints correctly.

I have symbols with linked text records that I'm using as annotation on viewports on sheet layer. The wrapping on the text doesn't display correctly when I'm viewing it in the sheet layer or annotation views, but it does print correctly to PDF.
