Site design With cut in objects

Hallo i have a question how can i make a cut in Site plan with object without using other tools like example wall or Base for something, without using modifiers in tools palletes to cut the sites. Hope you understand what i think.

to cut the site, you need a site modifier. there are some objects that will cut the site for you, the hardscape object for example, will create the object and cut the site if you use the correct settings.

That is ok, but its not like when u are using paving tool. For example you can just adjust what kind of midifier u need and its done. I am saying, when i have 3d object or ifc one how to cut it in site simple
