Creating a rectangular 2D grid with x divisions controllable by number slider in Marionette

Recommended Posts

Hello guys,

I am new to marionette and I couldn't find something helpful in my case so far- so I really hope someone can help me here. I want to create a very simple rectangular 2D grid in Marionette. The grid should have a controllable division by a number slider into the u and v direction.

In grasshopper it is so easy and you can do it within seconds but in marionette I am really struggling. Can someone help me?

Thank you in advance!

Here's a quick example of a rectangular grid. I wasn't sure which value(s) you wanted your slider to control, so I left it open-ended.

I haven't turned it into a Marionette Object to make it parametric, but if you need more guidance just let me know.

This is a 2023 file, let me know if you need an earlier version.
