Changing a chair dimensions in the seating selection tool

Sorry if this has been asked before.

 

Is there are way to change the size of a chair that the seating section tool uses?

 

I know you can change to different types of chairs, but i am interested in changing the dimensions of a specific chair.

You most likely will have to edit the symbol of that particular chair to the dimensions that you desire. To look correct, you may have to adjust the 2D as well.

That's correct answer. Seating section uses chair symbol measurements as a basepoint. If you use bigger chair symbol you fit less chairs per row if same Seating Spacing is used.
