Ed Saunders Posted February 10, 2023 Share Posted February 10, 2023 I'm trying to edit the Build List of my Instrument Summary in Spotlight, but it consistently spins out and I have to force quit Vectorworks. I've not experienced this before, the file in question is one I've edited before without problem. Running on MacBook Pro M1, Ventura 13.1. Vectorwork 2022 and 23 both giving me the same problem with this file. I can make edits to the properties of the Summary in the OIP, although this takes ages to effect. Just no access to Build List Any advice please let me know! Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted February 10, 2023 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted February 10, 2023 Try to remove any un-used lighting device symbols, or even just symbols, from your document. Build List must process all lighting device symbols in document even if that are not used in the drawing and this can take some time if there are a large number of symbols in the file that are not being used.
