It seems that there is an issue with the sign-in page over at the Vw University portal. Even though I am using my correct username and password, it will not log me into my account; it doesn’t give an error message, it just reloads the sign-in page. But if I use an incorrect username it will give an error message. If I follow the link to the Vw University from my Customer Dashboard page, it will keep me logged in. But if I log out of VW University and try to sign back in, it doesn’t work. Anyone else seeing this? Thanks.

Not sure where else to make such a request about Vw University training sessions, I thought I would start a thread of a call for topics to be covered in future Service Select ‘Coffee Break’ online training sessions. The first one I would like to see is: Elevation Benchmark tool introduced in 2023: I would like to see covered how to modify existing EBM styles (make a left-hand aligned one to be a right-hand aligned EBM), how to add criteria, how to use in a 3D design layer, how to add them to a SLVP through the OIP and Manually, etc. Perhaps others will have suggestions for topics they would like to see covered in future sessions.

Hi community, I thought that the VW University Sample Projects had some video tutorial lessons, but apparently they don't. They're uploaded elsewhere or simply do not exist? Regards.

Is the Vectorworks University rendering course completely broken? The downloadable example file is in 2020 format, but the accompanying video appears to be referring to tools and operations that I find completely different in VW2020? For example, I have got as far as the rendering viewports example on a sheet layer. The tutor is asking me to select 'high quality render' in the 'resource browser' palette. Isn't the 'resource browser' now the 'resource manager', and if so, the 'high quality render' option is not one of the resources I can find. I note from the tutor's screen that he is using VW Designer 2016 - a software version that is now 4 years out of date. Isn't this module completely obsolete now? If it is, where can I find some up-to-date resources about this topic?

His is more of a request for Vectorworks University. Is it possible to get a date stamp on the courses? Frequently I'll look at a course and find it was created several versions ago, and the tools and techniques are antiquated
