Hi, have You heard about Moasure measuring tool? I'm wondering about it's precision and would like to here users opinion. It looks very useful considering that every measurement area ends with cad file data and includes area shape and elevation. They also advertise it as Vectorworks compatible (probably od DWG file import) Also its price is quite reasonable. Any comments?

I'm coming from AutoCAD and can barely survice without the "Measure from" or "Place between two points". How do I do that in VW? Say I want to place a window exactly between two points, or if I'm putting an object at a specific distance from another object? Probably a super simple solution, but I can't get how to do it. Thanks!

Hi, Within spotlight, I would like to test lights at a luminous intensity that is less than their full value. The "Edit Light" - right click on light - opens a submenu of properties that also include an option for brightness with numerical input between 0-100%. If I set this to less than 100 and refresh my photometers (with draw beam selected) then the photometer value do not change. Any idea how to test lights at less than their 100% brigthness? Regards, -
Im trying to get a worksheet to to give me true lengths and widths of 3d rectangles, I had rotated in space. I could get the worksheet to only report correct dimensions If the object was aligned to parallel to the screen plane. The dims would change as you switched to different views. Some one can teach me how can worksheet be programed to calculate the true dims, no metter in what view the 3D solid are. Thanks Rui
