    Can you help? There is something wrong with my VW2018 and I'd like to do a fresh install, but before that I wanted to Uninstall. Nothing happens when I click on the relevant Uninstall file. Additionally, I couldn't install any of the libraries through the Vectorworks Package manager and got the message that that is "abnormal" and that I should seek help from the technical support
