    HI Amolinaro, the Vectorworks Viewer does not need a serial number to install and use it.

    the solution was to take another Parallel Port of the PC

    I have updated my 12.5.1 to 12.5.2 now my dongle will not found. I take the dongleupdate but it doesn't help's. My dongle is an old Parallel HASP4. Have anyone a solution. Please help
