It seems when i try to open up the application, it opens the registration page and closes out vectorworks. I gotta be missing something?

Hi, I recently just downloaded Vectorworks Viewer 2021 and I can't seem to find a serial number anywhere? Is there an email that I should be waiting for? Thanks, AM
