    Katie, Is there any way I can get status on this? I sent the file on Dec. 19th. I got no confirmation or ack of receipt of the file. How does the process work when you submit a bug/problem? Should I have received a reference number or something? Since the program blows up, I have tried to uninstall V12.5 and install V12.0 and I get an error message that stops the install process. Thanks.

    Katie and Benson, We are experiencing a similar problem. We found that when we import an ACAD LT 2006 file into version 12.5, the whole program just goes away at about 11%. When we try this on a computer with version 12.0, it imports with no problems. What's the difference between 12.5 import and 12.0? Thanks,
