I'm requesting user-friendly roof components that edit easily after creation. For example, can we have roof components that easily join together with other roof components? It would be nice if we were able to trim separate roof components (metal/ asphalt top, sheathing, insulation, etc.) at any angle at ease without it creating an un-styled object and then converting back to its original dimensions after being assigned a roof style; this would allow multiple roof angles/ pitches to be joined together easily after the creation of a roof using components. Also, the fascia function does not work on all sides of a roof in many cases. All in all, if the roof components would work more like walls, it would be helpful. Thanks!

I have had similar issues with VW 2023 while setting up libraries for windows and doors. I'm still new at using VW even though I have had it for a while now; I've only used it officially on a couple of projects.

EFA, thank you for the input. It does say generating files. It still says syncing, also.

Thank you for the quick reply, Pat. This is my first animation using the cloud. Vectorworks did not ask me to upload files when I selected the cloud service. It is showing the files are "syncing". Is it still "uploading"? Or, does it say syncing until the animation is complete? It does show the duration as being 2 hours 6min.

Can we turn off our computer and internet connection while the Vectorworks cloud service is working on a submitted animation?
