Thank you for Thank you for the response, I didn't have any Sheet layers, however I adjusted the scale of the design layer from 1:1000 to 1:10 and that did the trick.

Hey TMR I have the same issue, my sheet layer resolution is 300 dpi but still have the big lines, what did you do to fix it? If you don't mind me asking!
