  1. Hi, I'm having a similar problem. Anytime I zoom, VW either automatically sharpens after half a second or waits for a mouse movement. The latter draws more attention than the former. Unified view is on as is Accelerate Graphics. I'm on 2023 and Service Pack 3. Windows 10 64. Ryzen 7 3700x, 32gb RAM and a 1080 graphics card. I've tried both the Studio and the Game drivers.
  2. When I zoom in either direction Vectorworks takes about a half a second to "sharpen" the image and it often waits until I move the mouse. The fraction of second redraw is not the worst but the waiting for the mouse move is very noticeable. I'm running a 1080 video card with a Ryzen 7 3700x and 32gb of RAM. I've tried Nvidia's Studio driver and the game ready driver with no change.
  3. Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem with 2016. My lag occurs when I insert a lighting instrument. I have, at least, a 1.5 second lag when I select an instrument from the Resource Browser and a .5-1 second lag when I insert a symbol into the drawing. I am also experiencing the "stickyness" when I try to move around the drawing. These problems seem to reside completely within the program. I've watched the CPU load on Task Manager and the video card load on MSI Afterburner and found neither components are being over tasked. My video drivers are fully upgraded.
  4. All fixed! Thank you very much for your help!
  5. That's the interesting part. In a new file the symbols appear correctly. It's only in the one file do they appear opaque.
  6. I just upgraded from to 2016 and in my current plot all symbols are about 50% opaque. I've checked all (known) controls and everything shows current opacity to be at 100%. When I grey out the layer the opacity is cut in half as is expected. When I print, the symbols are still opaque. I've also checked other plots created in 2015 and they are all fine. There's got to be something I'm missing.
