  1. Hi Nina, Yes, this is an image of what I see when I re-import the DWG into VW, after I have exported it. I'm checking that the recipient gets the right information. I'll try opening it in Illustrator and see if it reads ok. Otherwise, how can I send the VW file to you? Thanks.
  2. How do I input this script. I haven't used scripts before. Thanks.
  3. Thank you. I've looked into the classes of each viewport and turnign some of them off has helped a bit. There are still some 'grids' left though. A really laborious task just to export.
  4. Occasionally, when I double-click on a polygon to edit it, the display view reverts to its original angle and Top/Plan changes to Top. I have to close and re-open the file for it to work properly after that. Is this a glitch?
  5. I'm trying to export a selection of sheet layers to DWG. I've tried this via 'publish' and 'export'. To test the export, I've dragged the DWG into a blank file and I get this grid all over the drawing. I've tried messing with the settings but with no success. Can anyone help? Thank you.
  6. Whilst we are on the subject, could I please ask why my Types 8 and 9 have no drawing? The missing images are wall types, in my file, and the annotation is in the data section of each of the wall types i.e. all the text you see is in the wall type data tab. Thank you.
  7. Hi. My practice has stopped trading hence why I'd like to sell the licences.
  8. Hi. Due to downsizing I have 3no. VW 2020 licences to sell. I'm looking for £600 per licence. Please email me at duncan@studiogunn.co.uk for information. Thank you.
  9. Hi. The window in question is on the ground floor facing the rear garden. 778 - Technical.vwx
  10. Hi. I haven't experienced this before but I'm simply placing a window in a wall and want the inner-leaf plasterboard to return to the window frame. I have done this successfully to the adjacent door (see image file) by setting 'interior comp' to '1', under the 'interior wall detail' tab in the 'Object Info' panel. The niche disappears if I set the 'interior comp' back to 0 but then I don't get a pb return. Any ideas what to do to get rid of the unwanted niche? Thank you.
  11. Hi. Do you know if I can convert a 2D polygon, of irregular depth, to a single leaf generic wall? The context is that I have an existing, solid building wall (of varying depths) and I'd like to convert it into a generic wall. I can then insert windows, join new walls, etc. Thank you.
