Problem saving to iCloud

We use vw2021 on 3 workstations. Generally v. happy...but...On my Mac (0S Catalina 10.15.7) when I do a "save as" I'm not getting access to my iCloud based files. As a cumbersome workaround I have to save to desktop then pull file from desktop to the cloud based folder. Can anyone help?

Problem seems to be with new Mac OSX 10.13 as far as I can see as I have a HP Designjet T1100ps plotter and same problem. HP drivers go as far as Mac OSX 10.12 not the new 10.13. Apple should fix this bug but in the meantime has anyone found a workaround solution?
