I have VW 2009 and it happend twice that a file on the server did not save at all. I manually save a file while working on it several time an hour ansd also the autosave is on as backup, every 15 minutes. It happends twice now, differend files, differend computer (osx 10.5 and osx 10.6) that after working a half day on a file and manualy saving it and also autosaving it, the files had not been saved after reopening them the next day. You see in the VW screen the file is being saved, and no error comes to the screen. The file did not save and the autosave did not save anything either. Strange is that after discovering this and doing al the work again to the file everything works normal. Somehow it seems VW had a kind of error that was temparary and invisible for the user. As said, everything looked alright on the screen. Does someone know this problem?

Does vw 2009 work under mountain lion (OSX 10.8)? Anyone tried?

We have installed vw 2009 on Lion and it works. Looking at the list of Nemetschek (http://kbase.vectorworks.net/questions/875/Vectorworks+Operating+System+Compatibility+List+7-20-2011)it would seem vw2009 won't work on Lion. So if 2009 works, 2010 and 2011 must also work.

Is there a viewer available that can read minicadfiles older than Vectorworks 10? We have monicad 5 and 6 files and vectorworks 8 files. I know there are places where you can have them converted to a higher version, but we have lots and lots of files we want to browse.

Hello, I have made a huge worksheet in VW12. Now we work with VW2009 and I wondered if it could give problems if I import my worksheet from VW12to VW2009. It would take a lot of time to make the worksheet al over again, but I am afraid something might go wrong or not work when I open the VW12-made worksheet in VW2009. Anyone done that before?

Hello, how can I display the filename automaticly on my vectorworks drawing when I print it? I work in VW12 and VW2009.

We also have a slow printing problem wit vw2009. We work with OSX10.5 and VW2009 sp5, we have the latest printdriver for our HP designjet 1055cm, but still a drawing that print within 15min. in vw12 takes over 2hrs in vw2009. Anyone a solution or advise about this problem?
