timpower
if i have a very deep jamb - say 40 cm, and have a double swing door, with each leaf 50cm, and i want the door to open into teh depth of the wall/jamb (40cm) how do i move the position of the door relative to the jamb? i keep getting the door and or window placed in center of the jamb...if i try and offset, i get the whole object offset in relation to the wall, not just the door leafs themselves Quote Link to comment
timpower
i've sort of answered my own question - by eliminating the 'jamb' adn by making the trim deep (40 cm) and offsetting, i can get soemthing close to what i was looking for Quote Link to comment
emilykazz
I also am trying to do something similar. I have a jamb that is the depth of the wall but the door slab is positioned at one edge of the door opening whereas i want it at the centreline of the jamb. Any advice @Vectorworks ?
