VWA 12 enhancements

Can anyone tell me if the following enhancements are significant improvements in VWA12:

1. new stair pio. Does this truely allow a more flexible way to create stairs ESPECIALLY the inclusion of winders and can you have two winder boxes in one staircase? Does it provide control over the type and appearance of newels, ballusters, spindles and handrails. How effective are the new 2d plan view tools?

2. Enhanced roof tools. Does this provide a roof face join/intersect tool? Can you frame roof faces? What enhancements if any are provided for dormers? What else is significantly included?

Other than the live section tool and layer stacking which have already been discussed, these are the two most important issues which affect my productivity.
