Interiorcad - how to add custom Hinge 3D?

Hi

I find a way to add custom Hinge 3D in InteriorCAD. The kind of hinge like picture below:

They give alot of file format.

As for the file format: you can simply choose "Vectorworks interiorcad" from the list and then copy and paste into your document. This is a Java applet and is slightly temperamental so if it does not work as expected, just choose STEP and download. Then, drag and drop into your document. I will make a short film to explain how to proceed with the hinge from there on. (As soon as I get a chance).

Hi Stephan

I did  as your instruction.

They will import new hinge to project. however I can not find it in the list therefore I can not automatic place 2 hinges.

Are there other solution?

@Travis.Designer Here is the help page for creating custom hinges:

However, for that type of hinge this will not work 100%. I will post a link to a Youtube video here shortly which I have just finished, explaining how to create custom fittings.
