LarryAZ
I have an upper and lower floor layer. Lower 0 to 9', Upper 9' to 18'. I have a 9' stair on the lower level. Overall height when set at 9' looks fine on the lower level. As soon as I select "by layer elevation" I get an error message that says "not enough room for risers". Help... Quote Link to comment
Guest
Under the "by layer elevation" radio button are drop boxes allowing you to choose the lower and upper layers. If you do not specify a different upper layer, you will get this message. Make sure to choose the second level for the Upper constraint. Bug for NNA: I did notice that if you leave the Upper and Lower layers set to the same, giving you the above error, and you go back to edit the stair to fix this mistake (setting the Upper layer to something higher then the lower) you will get a VectorScript Error. You have to undo or start over. Quote Link to comment
