CAN'T INSTALL VWarch 11.1

I received my VW upgrade & CD?s today.

I am battling to load it onto my laptop.

[operating system ? MS XP pro]

Error messages:

?An I/O error occurred while installing a file.

This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file.?

VW .exe

?Unable to locate component BCGCBR064.dll, not found,

and

?Unable to locate component GSEmul.dll, not found,

I first tried to load it on the laptop ? unsuccessful.

I then tried to load it my desktop PC ? it worked fine.

[operating system ? MS XP pro)

BOTH Laptop & Desktop are Pentium 4 with 512 RAM

Do you have any bright ideas??

What version CD are you installing?

It's VWArchitect 11.0.1

Series A067.

Other relevant info about my laptop:

- 2.8Ghz Pentium 4

- ATI Mobility Radeon 9000IGP

- 512MB DDR333 SDRAM

- 40GB HDD

- DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive

Contact Customer Service to have an 11.5 CD sent to you. It looks like you might have gotten a bad CD.
