ErichR Posted February 25, 2005 Share Posted February 25, 2005 I'm trying to edit a group of 3d objects, a symbol (it's a condo unit with four walls, roof, deck, stacked 3 storys high). When changing the view to top/plan, much of it disappears. When changing the view to front (or any other view), several objects disappear. When changing the view to top, everything reappears and is visible. When changing to a 3d perspective view, much of it disappears. No parameters, classes or other VWA changes were made between changing the views. No other apps are running. Closing and restarting dowsn't help. Very frustrating. ErichR Posted February 26, 2005 Author Share Posted February 26, 2005 Maybe this is a bug: When hitting Organize>Convert Symbol to Group, this command seems to trigger the disappearing objects problem. This can be circumvented by going into the edit symbol mode and selecting all of the objects and then exiting and then pasting the objects into the drawing. Everything then appears to be intact. The bug seems to be in the Convert to Group command. Anyone else experience this problem? Quote Link to comment
