Normal Perspective View Glitch - Can't fly into structures / place myself inside buildings

There seems to be some type of glitch with the normal perspective view and trying to place yourself inside a structure.  I'm trying to place my "viewer" from inside a structure and show the view as if the person was standing inside and looking out of the window.  However, there seems to be a glitch that is now cutting somewhat of a section view everytime i try to fly into the structure to get the view.  Please see attached of a view I exported when it was working and a view exported of when it was not working.  Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
