Jason Turley
Can any of the Admin members give us a rough idea when VectorWorks 10.5.2 update will be available? My users are getting frustrated with the number of bugs in the 10.5.1 and Panther combo - particually the nested class name bug! (which I hope will be fixed in the next update) Thanks Jason... Guest
It is not the policy of most software companies, including Nemetschek, to release information about future versions of the product. If you haven't followed the "bugs" you are experiencing with either Tech Support or bugsubmit@nemetschek.net, there is no way for the engieers to know about them in order to address them. Jason Turley
I understand that completely, but when I get 30 users coming to me complaining about things not working as they should - what am I meant to do? I have submitted the class issue as a bug and have been in contact with Mark Fiorucci who has been extremely helpful. What I and many others are after is some indication of when the updates will be available (1 week, 1 month). Is that to much to ask? Jason... Quote Link to comment
Garry Dreger
I'm running 9.5.2 with mac os 10.3.2, waiting for the bugs to be addressed before upgrading. Is it not within reason to create a "stable" VW platform? Instead of a bunch of new features in a new release, what do you think about a new release without any bugs ? May I suggest --"VW 1. no bugs". No new features; well, perhaps one new feature; no bugs. regards, Garry Dreger Quote Link to comment
