lowela Posted November 22, 2003 Share Posted November 22, 2003 Tried to open HELP and nothing happens. The screen used to pop up the acrobat version of the VW 10 manual. Also, in my resource browser the only thing in there is the standard hatch pattern. How do I access all the other resources that used to be there? Upgraded from 10.0 to 10.1.2 about a month ago. Bryan_dup1 Posted November 22, 2003 Share Posted November 22, 2003 If you are using a Mac computer, try going into your system/preferences folder and delete the vectorworks preference file. Start Vectorworks, it will automatically make a new pref file, and see if that fixes your problem. It also sounds like you may need to reload the vectorworks software. Good Luck. Guest Posted November 24, 2003 Share Posted November 24, 2003 You may need to add your files to the favorites list. At the top of the Resource Browser, select Favorites in the drop down box. If nothing shows in the large white box below that, you will need to add the files you want as a favorite using the ADD FAVORITES option in one of the boxes at the top of the RB. If you don't see resources in a specific file while selected from the drop down box in the RB, expand some of the headers to see if they are there. The gray arrows should point down to be expanded.
