Problem with Font Mapping

Hi All,

I'm trying to get my VSS cloud portal synced up to work online and with Nomad. It's not letting me process any files because it's missing a font reference.

I'm using a Mac, so a lot of the files are .ttc or Mac .ttf files which I understand aren't readable by VWX. I've converted these files and updated them to my VSS folder. These are now readable in the fonts page of my VSS portal.

Has anyone else had any problems with this? The font it's having trouble finding is Avenir Medium.

I'd re map it to something else if I knew how to do that, but can't seem to find out how that works either!

If anyone's able to help I'd be eternally grateful - it's such a shame not to be using what seems to be one of the most powerful features of VSS!
