Katerina Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 Updating to VW10.1 The installer did not work properly with 3 computers in the office, because their machines have OS10 buried and are running Mac OS 9.2.2 currently. (a wrong doing of some computer consultant to us) Can I get these update files emailed to me so I can install them manually....or....can I replace their entire VW folder with one copied from my machine? Guest Posted March 17, 2003 Share Posted March 17, 2003 If the installer log files were deleted, or the VW folder was moved to a different location after installing, or the application itself was renamed, the updaters will not work. The Vw 10.1 updater will only work on VW 10.0.1. First, check to make sure the applications are version 10.0.1 by going to File>Get Info when highlighting the application itself. Make sure VW is not running while running the updaters. If the installer log files have been deleted or the VW folder has been moved after installed, you will need to reinstall from the CD.
